    以4-硝基邻苯二甲酰亚胺,1,4-二氯丁炔和十硼烷为原料,通过取代反应和炔加成反应合成了1,2-二(N-(4-硝基-邻苯二甲酰亚胺))甲基碳硼烷。考察了溶剂、原料摩尔比和温度对反应的影响,得到的优化条件为:甲苯为溶剂,原料摩尔比n(1,4-二(N-(4-硝基-邻苯二甲酰亚胺))-2-丁炔):n(乙腈硼烷)=1.2:1,100℃下加热回流,该条件下反应16h产率为51.2%。产物通过FTIR、1H-NMR和13C-NMR进行结构表征,并研究了其紫外吸收性质。

    Abstract:

    1,2-bis(4-nitro-phthalimidomethyl)-1,2-dicarba-closo-dodecaborane (12) was synthesized by substitution reaction and “alkyne insertion” methodology, using 4-nitro-phthalimide, 1,4-dichloro-2-butyne and decaborane as the raw material. The influence of the reaction agent, the mole ratio of raw material and temperature on the reaction were studied, and the best process conditions were obtained. When the reaction agent was toluene, n (1,4-bis(4-nitro-phthalimidomethyl)-2-butyne) : n (decaborane) was 1.2:1, reaction temperature was 100 oC, the yield of 1,2-bis(4-nitro-phthalimidomethyl)-1,2-dicarba–closo-dodecaborane was 51.2% when the reaction continued for 16 h. The products were characterized by FTIR, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR analysis,and their UV-absorption properties were also studied.
