      本文以对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)和乙二醇丁醚(EB)为原料,采用酯交换一步合成法制备含有醚键基团的对苯二甲酸二丁氧基乙酯(DBETP)增塑剂,并通过正交实验优化得到最适宜的制备工艺为:乙二醇丁醚和对苯二甲酸二甲酯的物质的量比n(EB):n(DMT)=6:1,催化剂CaO用量为4.0%(以DMT质量为准,下同),反应时间3.0h,反应温度140℃,产品的收率达到91.5%。采用FT-IR 和 1H NMR对产物结构进行表征。将对苯二甲酸二丁氧基乙酯增塑的PVC试样(PVC-DBETP)和对苯二甲酸二异辛酯增塑的PVC试样(PVC-DOTP)进行性能对比,结果表明,PVC-DBETP在热稳定性和耐抽出型方面与PVC-DOTP性能接近,但PVC-DBETP具有更低的玻璃化温度(Tg)以及更优异的拉伸性能,表明DBETP在替代传统的DOTP应用中有较好的前景。

      In this work, a plasticizer with ether bond named di (2-butoxy ethanol) terephthalate (DBETP) was synthesized by one-step transesterification using dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and 2-butoxyethanol (EB) as raw materials. The optimum process conditions obtained by orthogonal experiment were shown in the follow: n(EB): n(DMT) = 6:1, the amount of catalyst CaO was 4.0% (based on DMT quality, the same below), reaction time was 3.0h and temperature was 140℃.The yield of the product reached 91.5%, and the structure was analyzed by FT-IR and 1H NMR spectrums. DBETP was used in the thermoplastic polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and then compared with diiooctyl terephthalate (DOTP) plasticized PVC. The performance results showed that PVC-DBETP is similar to PVC-DOTP in terms of thermal stability and pull-out resistance, but PVC-DBETP has lower glass transition temperature Tg and better tensile property, indicating that our DBETP can be used as a substitute for DOTP.
