      超疏水材料由于其独特的界面性质,在油/水混合物分离领域的应用受到广泛的关注。采用浸渍法,以纳米Fe3O4和硬脂酸对聚氨酯海绵进行表面改性,制备了磁驱动超疏水海绵。并对其进行了XRD、FTIR、TG、接触角测试,结果显示:改性后的海绵水接触角高达158?,热稳定性较原始海绵明显提高,弹性性能未遭到破坏,置于高温(热水50~90℃,热空气50~90℃)、强腐蚀溶液(pH=2~13)等苛刻条件下24h后,水接触角仍然高于148?。将改性后的海绵用于油/水混合物的分离中,表现出了优异的分离能力,且可通过磁铁进行磁驱动和磁回收。
英文摘要:
      The application of superhydrophobic materials in the separation of oil/water mixtures has been widely concerned, because of its unique interface properties. The research was prepared magnetic driving superhydrophobic sponge, which adopts the dipping method with Fe3O4 nanoparticles and stearic acid to modify the surface of polyurethane sponge. The magnetic driving superhydrophobic sponge was characterized by XRD, FTIR, TG, etc. The water contact angle up to 158? and the thermal stability of sponge is significantly improved; its elastic performance is not damaged. Moreover, the water contact angle is still higher than 148 ?of the as-prepared sponge under severe conditions such as high temperature (50~90℃ hot water and air) and strong corrosion (pH=2~13), etc. The as-prepared sponge exhibited excellent separation capacities for oil/water mixtures, and it can be driven and recycled oil simply by magnets.
