循环冷却水系统除碳酸钙污垢的研究进展

摘要:循环冷却水浓缩倍数的提升会加剧换热设备的结垢,同时,工业规模循环冷却水系统的循环冷却水量和
排污量也严重制约着阻垢剂和除垢方法的选择。对传统化学阻垢剂、基于石化产品的绿色阻垢剂、基于生物提
取物的绿色阻垢剂的特点进行了分析总结,介绍了阻垢剂的研究现状并分析了阻垢剂的发展趋势;简述了常用
的物理除垢方法及其研究进展,指出这类方法存在对换热设备的损伤和较低的除垢能力问题;阻垢剂和物理方
法组合使用的相关研究表明,物理方法会显著影响阻垢剂的性能。结合循环水系统除垢的研究现状,对除垢的
技术发展进行了总结和展望,提出了对阻垢剂和除垢方法使用的建议以及解决相关问题的新思路。

Abstract: The increase of concentration multiple of circulating cooling water will aggravate the scaling of
heat exchange equipment. At the same time, the amount of circulating cooling water and blowdown in the
industrial scale circulating cooling water system restrict the selection of scale inhibitors and descaling
methods. The characteristic of traditional chemical scale inhibitors, green scale inhibitors based on petrochemical
products, and green scale inhibitors based on biological extracts are analyzed and summarized. The research
status of scale inhibitors is introduced and the development trend of scale inhibitors is analyzed. The
common physical descaling methods and their research progress are briefly described, which have the
problem of damage to heat exchange equipment and lower descaling capacity. Some studies show that
physical methods can significantly affect the performance of scale inhibitors when scale inhibitors are used
in combination with physical methods. Combined with the current research situation of descaling in
circulating water system, the development of descaling technology is summarized and prospected, some
suggestions on the use of scale inhibitors and descaling methods are put forward, and new ideas for solving
related problems are presented.
