    以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为原料合成2 ,3-环碳酸甘油酯甲基丙烯酸酯(PCMA),并通过 FTIR、1HNMR、元素分析等方法对环碳酸酯进行了表征。详细讨论了催化剂的种类、反应温度、反应压力、反应时间对收率的影响。结果表明,以均为单体量0.5%四丁基氯化胺(TBAC)和四丁基溴化胺(TBAB)为共催化剂,0.5%特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)为阻聚剂,当温度为85 ℃,二氧化碳压力为1.2MPa,反应15h时,产物收率可以达到 63.3%。

    Abstract:

    Propylene carbonate methacrylate(PCMA) was synthesized by using glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) as the raw material. The structure of PCMA was characterized by IR spectra,1HNMR and element analysis.The effects of catalysts, reaction temperature, atmospheric pressure and reaction time on the fractional conversion of the epoxy groups were discussed in detail. The results showed that when the TBAC and TBAB are used as the co-catalysts, tertiary butylhydroquinone as the inhibitor, with m(TBAC):m(TBAB):m(TBHQ):m(GMA)=1:1:1:200;the reaction temperature and time is 85℃ and 15h respectively,and the carbon dioxide pressure is 1.2MPa, the yield can be reached at 63.3%.
