Synthesis of Nano-hydroxyapatite with Precipitation Method Based on Ca(OH)2–Na3PO4 System

    以固废磷化渣和NaOH为原料制得Na3PO4,再在超声波辅助下,采用化学沉淀法将Na3PO4溶液缓慢滴加到Ca(OH)2溶液中反应制备出纳米羟基磷灰石,并用FT-IR、XRD和SEM等手段对羟基磷灰石进行表征分析。结果表明,在常温和超声波辅助条件下,Na3PO4溶液滴加速度为0.3mL/min时,用无水乙醇洗涤沉淀物,可获得纯度达99.5%、粒径为50nm左右的高结晶度和高分散性纳米羟基磷灰石产品。

    Abstract:

    Na3PO4 was prepared using phosphating residue and NaOH as initial materials. Then, Na3PO4 was precipitated with Ca(OH)2 solution under the condition of ultrasonic to obtain nano-hydroxyapatite. The resulting material was characterized by FT IR, XRD and SEM. When the Na3PO4 solution droping speed was 0.3mL/min under the condition of room temperature and ultrasonic, and the prepared precipitation was washed by ethanol before drying and calcination, the nano-hydroxyapatite with the purity of 99.5%, the particle size about 50nm, the high crystallinity and high dispersion could be obtained.
