    文章以丙烯酸甲酯和异丙胺为原料,以二乙胺为保护剂,以双氧水为氧化剂,经氧化胺Cope消除法合成了N-异丙基丙烯酰胺。利用液相色谱法测定了3-二乙胺基-N-异丙基丙酰胺(DEAPAA)的氧化度及N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)的产率,考察了双氧水用量、催化剂和反应温度对氧化反应,以及裂解温度、真空度和溶剂对裂解产物NIPAM收率的影响。结果表明,双氧水过量1倍,钨酸钠/焦磷酸钠为催化剂,70℃下氧化反应3 h,DEAPAA的氧化度几乎达到100%;在90℃、真空条件下氧化胺Cope消除制备NIPAM的产率可达70%-72%。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, N-isopropyl acrylamide was synthesized by Cope elimination reaction of amine oxide from methyl acrylate and isopropylamine using diethyamine as the protective agents, hydrogen peroxide as oxidant. The oxidation reactions of DEAPAA and the yields of NIPAM were assayed by HPLC. The effect of the amount of hydrogen peroxide, catalyst and reaction temperature on oxidation reactions of DEAPAA was investigated and the influence factors,such as pyrolysis temperature, vacuum and solvent on the yield of NIPAM were analyzed. The results indicated that with sodium tungstate / sodium pyrophosphate as catalyst, double doses of hydrogen peroxide and reacting at 70℃ for 3 hours, the degree of oxidation of DEAPAA were almost 100% and the yields of NIPAM from Cope elimination reaction were 70%-72% by pyrolysis at 90℃in vacuum.
