    摘要:

    采用降解法成功合成Al-Z-SBA-15介孔分子筛,通过XRD、FT-IR、Py-FTIR测试手段对样品进行了分析。本实验以Al-Z-SBA-15作为催化剂,在间歇式反应釜中对丙烯酸和正丁醇液相酯化反应进行了研究。实验结果表明,Al-Z-SBA-15具有高度有序的六方介孔结构和表面酸性,在酯化反应中得到较大的转化率,最佳酯化反应条件为:n(丙烯酸):n(正丁醇):n(对苯二酚)=1:1.4:0.4,反应温度190℃,反应时间4h,催化剂用量为丙烯酸质量的6%。该催化剂具有较高的催化活性和良好的重复使用性。

    Abstract:

    Al-Z-SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieves were successfully synthesized by the degradation process, and the samples were analyzed by XRD, FT-IR and Py-FTIR. In this experiment, Al-Z-SBA-15 was used as a catalyst in the reaction of acrylic acid and butyl alcohol in a batch reactor. The experimental results show that with Al-Z-SBA-15 highly ordered hexagonal dielectric pore structure and surface acidity. In the esterification reaction get larger conversion rate, optimum reaction conditions of esterification: n (acrylic acid): n (n-butanol): n (hydroquinone) =1:1.4:0.4, reaction temperature and 190 ℃, the reaction time of 4 h, catalyst dosage is 6% the mass of acrylic acid. The catalyst has high catalytic activity and good reusability。
