    利用十二烷基改性海藻酸钠(NaAlg-Dode)在TiO2纳米颗粒表面上的吸附,得到了稳定的纳米TiO2颗粒悬浮液。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、动态光散射仪(DLS)及流变仪对颗粒粒径、表面电位及其悬浮体系的流变性进行了测定,研究了不同pH下NaAlg-Dode对纳米TiO2颗粒在水溶液中聚集行为和流变性的影响。结果表明:加入NaAlg-Dode后,在pH=4-8范围内均有利于悬浮体系稳定,pH =6.3(等电点)处TiO2颗粒的平均粒径由2.5祄降低至500nm左右,颗粒表面Zeta电位由0mV降低至-40mV左右。同时随着NaAlg-Dode的加入,TiO2悬浮体系的剪切应力逐渐增大,表明颗粒之间的相互作用增强。由此推知NaAlg-Dode提高纳米TiO2颗粒悬浮体系的稳定机制:NaAlg-Dode分子在不同pH条件下能够通过静电作用、氢键作用及疏水作用等吸附在TiO2颗粒上,从而改变颗粒表面电性及空间位阻,使得颗粒稳定分散在水溶液中。

    Abstract:

    the stability of TiO2 nanoparticles dispersion system was got by dodecyl sodium alginate (NaAlg-Dode) adsorbing on the TiO2 nanoparticles. The particles size, zeta potential and rheological properties of suspension system were measured by means of Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), Dynamic light scattering (DLS) and Rheometer. The influence of NaAlg-Dode on the aggregation behavior of TiO2 nanoparticles in aqueous solution and rheological property were researched at various pH values. Experimental results showed that NaAlg-Dode was conducive to the stability of TiO2 nanoparticles dispersion system within the scope of pH=4~8. The average size of TiO2 particles from 2.5祄 down to around 500 nm and the surface Zeta potential of particles reduced from 0 mV to about -40mV at pH=6.3.At the same time the shear stress of TiO2 nanoparticles dispersion system increased gradually with the addition of NaAlg-Dode, which suggested that the interaction between particles enhanced. Therefore, the stable mechanism of TiO2 nanoparticles dispersion system by NaAlg-Dode improving: NaAlg-Dode molecules was able to promote particles stable disperse in aqueous solution via changing the zeta potential and space steric of TiO2 by electrostatic interactions, hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic function.
