    摘要:

    水溶性醇是制备炭黑颜料型中性墨水的重要组成部分,其种类与添加量直接影响颜料色浆的分散稳定性与中性墨水的性能。分别考查了与分散树脂SMA(苯乙烯-马来酸酐树脂)相容的六种水溶性醇对炭黑颜料色浆的分散稳定性,中性墨水的触变性、保湿性与书写性能的影响。结果表明,聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇400和甘油均与SMA具有较好的相容性;以聚乙二醇400制得的炭黑色浆分散稳定性最佳;与SMA相容性好的水溶性醇随其添加量的变化会对中性墨水触变值产生较大的影响;甘油、乙二醇与聚乙二醇400都可使中性墨水具有良好的保湿性;甘油、聚乙二醇200与聚乙二醇400所制备的中性墨水出墨量稳定、线条均匀,书写性能良好。

    Abstract:

    Water-soluble alcohol is an important part of the preparation of carbon black pigment type gel ink, the type and amount directly affect the dispersion stability of pigment paste and the performance of the gel ink. The effects of compatibility of resin dispersion SMA (styrene-maleic anhydride resins) with six kinds of water soluble alcohol on carbon black slurry dispersion stability as well as the value of thixotropic, moisturizing and writing performance of the gel ink was investigated. The results showed that, the compatibility of PEG-200, PEG-400 and glycerol was better to disperse resin SMA. PEG-400 has the best dispersion stability to the carbon black slurry. Water-soluble alcohol which compatible with the dispersion resin SMA well could have a greater impact on the value of thixotropic of the gel ink with its content changes. Added glycerol, ethylene glycol and PEG-400 in the gel ink could obtain better moisturizing effect. The gel ink prepared with glycerol, PEG-200 and PEG-400 showed stable, uniform lines and good writing properties.
