    摘要:

    乳酸是重要的精细化工中间体,在食品、医药、日化及可降解材料等领域有着重要的应用。利用农林废弃物为原料转化制备乳酸,不仅能够充分利用生物质资源,更能缓解乳酸供需矛盾,对推动碳减排及绿色发展具有重要意义。该文分别从微生物发酵法和化学催化法对生物质转化制备乳酸(酯)的最新研究进展进行了综述,并对当前阶段制约乳酸生产的各方面因素进行了分析总结,最后全面比较了这两种方法的优缺点,展望了生物质转化制备乳酸潜在研究方向、存在的机遇和面临的挑战。

    Abstract:

    Lactic acid is an important fine chemical, which has important applications in food, medicine, daily use chemicals and degradable materials. The use of agricultural wastes as raw materials to produce lactic acid can not only make full use of biomass resources, but also alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of lactic acid, which is of great significance to promote carbon emission reduction and green development. In this paper, the latest research progress of lactic acid (ester) production from biomass by microbial fermentation and chemical catalysis was summarized, and factors limiting the production of lactic acid were analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were comprehensively compared. Finally, opportunities, challenges as well as potential research directions of lactic acid production from biomass were prospected.
