    Nicofluprole是由拜耳公司成功开发上市的新型苯基吡唑烟酰胺类含氟杀虫剂,作用机理暂时未见报道。探索了其合成方法,并测试了其杀虫活性。以苯胺和5-溴-2-氯烟酸为起始原料制备Nicofluprole,其结构经1H NMR、13C NMR和ESI-MS确证,并与文献氢谱数据进行了对照。该合成路线总收率较高,成本较低,Nicofluprole对鳞翅目害虫小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)和黏虫(Mythimna seperata)、同翅目害虫桃蚜(Myzus persicae)及蜱螨目害虫朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus)具有较高的杀虫活性。在2.5 mg/L时,Nicofluprole对小菜蛾致死率可以达到100%;在10 mg/L浓度下,对黏虫致死率为100%;5 mg/L浓度下,对朱砂叶螨具有71%的致死率;在10 mg/L浓度下对桃蚜也具有不错的防治效果。

    Abstract:

    Nicofluprole is a novel fluorinated phenylpyrazole nicotinamide insecticide successfully developed and marketed by Bayer. The mechanism of action has not been reported yet. The synthetic method for Nicofluprole was explored, and its insecticidal activities were tested. Nicofluprole was prepared with aniline and 5-bromo-2-chloronicotinic acid as starting materials, and its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR和MS compared with the literature hydrogen spectrum data of Nicofluprole. This synthetic route has a higher total yield and lower cost. Nicofluprole has higher insecticidal activity against the lepidoptera pests (Plutella xylostella and armyworm), the homoptera pest (Myzus persicae) and the Acarina pest (Tetranychus cinnabarinus). The lethal rate of Nicofluprole can reach 100% against Plutella xylostella at 2.5 mg/L, 100% against armyworm at a concentration of 10 mg/L and 71% against Tetranychus cinnabarinus at 5 mg/L. Nicofluprole also had a good control effect on Myzus persicae at a concentration of 10 mg/L.
