    摘要:

    二氧化钛纳米管(TiO2 nanotube, TiNTs)是一种新型一维纳米材料,因其较大的比表面积和独特的中空管状结构备受关注。本文报道了TiNTs常用制备方法的合成机理、主要影响因素及其优缺点;阐述了TiNTs作为SCR(Selective catalytic reduction)催化剂载体对SCR催化剂吸附性能、氧化还原性能以及抗中毒性能的提升作用及其作用机制;最后,展望了TiNTs作为催化剂载体的主要研究方向是通过对TiNTs进行形貌调控和表面改性,与催化剂活性组分高效耦合,以提高催化剂低温脱硝活性及其抗中毒性能。

    Abstract:

    Titania nanotube (TiNTs) is a new one-dimensional nano material, which has attracted much attention due to its large specific surface area and unique hollow tubular structure. The synthesis mechanism, influencing factors, advantages and disadvantages of preparation methods are reported. The promotional effect of TiNTs as the carrier of SCR (selective catalytic reduction) catalyst on the adsorption performance, oxidation-reduction performance and anti-poisoning performance of SCR catalyst as well as the effect mechanism was discussed. Finally, the main research direction of TiNTs as the catalyst carrier is to improve denitration activity at low temperature and anti-poisoning performance of catalysts by regulating the morphology and surface modification of TiNTs and coupling with the active components of catalysts.
