    摘要:

    在室温下,以硝酸铈为铈源,以氨为pH调节剂,以聚乙烯醇为分散剂,制备得到了纳米氧化铈(CeO2)胶体。采用FTIR、DLS、XRD和TEM对纳米CeO2胶体进行了结构表征和性能测试,探讨了纳米CeO2胶体可能的形成机理和稳定存在的原因。结果表明:采用温和简单的制备工艺,得到了有效分散在聚乙烯醇中的纳米CeO2胶体,其晶型为面心立方晶系,晶体结构为萤石型,平均直径约为28.2 nm,贮存时间达12个月。比较了纳米CeO2改性水性聚氨酯(CWPU)与2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮(UV-0)改性水性聚氨酯(DWPU)的抗紫外老化性能和热稳定性。抗紫外老化性能结果表明,相同测试条件下,CWPU膜的ΔE、b值、磨损量与DWPU胶膜相比分别下降了58.2%、62.5%、56.3%,其拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的下降率分别为DWPU胶膜的47.8%、43.3%。热稳定性测试结果表明,DWPU胶膜失重率为50%时,分解温度为310.62 ℃,该温度下,CWPU胶膜的失重率仅为12.35%,CWPU胶膜最大热分解速率对应的温度要比DWPU膜高出80 ℃。

    Abstract:

    Nano CeO2 colloids was prepared at the room temperature with cerium nitrate as cerium source, ammonia as pH regulator and polyvinyl alcohol as dispersant. The structure and properties of nano CeO2 colloids was characterized by FTIR, DLS, XRD and TEM. The possible formation mechanism and stable existence of nano CeO2 colloids was also be discussed. The results show that nano CeO2 colloids effectively dispersed in polyvinyl alcohol was obtained by mild and simple preparation process. Its crystal form was face centered cubic crystal system, the crystal structure was fluorite-type, the average diameter was about 28.2 nm, the storage time was 12 months. The UV aging resistance and thermal stability of nano CeO2 modified waterborne polyurethane (CWPU) and 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone (UV-0) modified waterborne polyurethane (DWPU) were compared. The results of UV aging resistance showed that under the same test conditions, the ΔE, the b value and the wear loss compared with DWPU film decreased by 58.2%, 62.5% and 56.3% respectively, and the reduction rates of tensile strength and elongation at break were 47.8% and 43.3% of DWPU film respectively. The thermal stability test results showed that when the weight loss rate of DWPU film was 50%, the decomposition temperature was 310.62 ℃. At this temperature, the weight loss rate of CWPU film was only 12.35%. The temperature corresponding to the maximum thermal decomposition rate of CWPU film was 80 ℃ higher than that of DWPU film.
