    摘要:

    采用γ-丁内酯(简称酯)与己二胺(简称胺)合成N,N'-二联己基吡咯烷酮,其沸点为440~450 ℃。通过优化实验得到最佳反应工艺条件为:酯与胺物质的量比2.5:1,反应温度280 ℃,反应时间2 h,产率可达76.22%。产物纯化后进行了GC-MS、1HNMR、IR、元素分析等表征,证实产物确为N,N'-二联己基吡咯烷酮。对N,N'-二联己基吡咯烷酮的芳烃抽提性能进行了初步研究,通过绘制溶剂-甲苯-正辛烷三元平衡相图证明,N,N'-二联己基吡咯烷酮具有优良的芳烃选择性和良好的溶解性。考察了不同抽提温度下,N,N'-二联己基吡咯烷酮的芳烃抽提性能,结果表明,随着抽提温度的升高,N,N'-二联己基吡咯烷酮对芳烃抽提的选择性下降,溶解性上升,但总体变化不大,溶剂性能比较稳定,用作重整汽油及柴油芳烃抽提溶剂具有一定可行性。

    Abstract:

    N,N'- hexylbispyrrolidinone was synthesized from γ-butyrolactone and hexanediamine. Its boiling point is 440-450 ℃. The reaction conditions were optimized. It was found that the yield of the product was 76.22% with the molar ratio of ester to amine 2.5:1, 280℃, 2 h. The purified product was characterized by elemental analysis, GC-MS, HNMR,IR. It was confirmed that the synthetic product was N,N'- hexylbispyrrolidinone. The aromatics extraction performance of N,N'- hexylbispyrrolidinone was preliminarily studied, the liquid-liquid ternary phase diagram showed that N,N'- hexylbispyrrolidinone has excellent aromatics selectivity and good solubility. The aromatic extraction properties of N,N'- hexylbispyrrolidinone at different extraction temperatures were also investigated. With the increase of extraction temperature, the selectivity of N,N'- hexylbispyrrolidinone for aromatics extraction decreases and the solubility increases, but the overall change is small and the solvent performance is relatively stable. The experimental results show that N,N'- hexylbispyrrolidinone is feasible to be used as aromatics extraction solvent for reforming gasoline and diesel oil.
