    摘要:

    液冷技术是解决数据中心散热难题的有效方案。在液冷的三种方式中,浸没式液冷是最理想和环保绿色的液冷技术。论文综述了浸没式液冷技术的关键材料——浸没式冷却液的发展现状,提出理想浸没式冷却液的技术指标,介绍了目前浸没式冷却液的分类、物化性能特点,综合考虑环境性能、电绝缘性能、热传递性能、热稳定性、安全性等因素,认为全氟烯烃是当前最为理想的浸没式冷却液。鉴于当前研究开发的成果和存在的问题, 今后的研究重点在于对浸没式冷却液进行科学的分子设计、建立高效和全面的筛选机制、开发绿色合成工艺路线。

    Abstract:

    Liquid cooling technology is an efficient solution to the cooling problem of data centers. In particular, immersion liquid cooling is most ideal and environmentally friendly among the three methods of liquid cooling. The development status of immersion coolant is reviewed, which is the key role of immersion liquid cooling technology, including the technical indicators of ideal immersion coolant, and classification, physical and chemical properties of current immersion coolant. Considering the insulation, heat transfer performance, thermal stability, safety and other factors, it is proposed that perfluoroolefin is an ideal immersion coolant at present. In view of the achievements and existing problems of current research, future research will focus on scientific molecular design of immersion coolants, establishment of efficient and comprehensive screening mechanisms, and development of green synthetic process routes.
