    Abstract:

Reacted of gramine remification 2-benzoisothiazolin-3-one (BIT) with Copper acetate and Zinc acetate obtained two organic/inorganic complexes: [Zn(BIT-H)2] (1), [Cu(BIT)(BIT-H)(CH3COO)] (2). the structures of the complexes were characterized by EA, IR, 1H NMR and UV-Vis, Antibacterial experiments of the two complexes were studied, The MIC of the two complexes with Escherichia coli : 2.344?0-3 mg/mL, 1.172?0-3 mg/mL. The MIC of the two complexes with Staphylococcus aureus: 1.172?0-3 mg/mL, 1.172?0-3 mg/mL.
