    Abstract:

By the chemical reduction method, a series of NiWB catalysts were prepared and used for the transformation of microcrystalline cellulose by changing the concentration of the ammonium metatungsten(AMT). The influence of different ratio of Ni and W in the catalyst, the temperature, the pressure of H2, the reaction time and the catalyst dosage on the cellulose catalytic conversion was discussed. The results show that the appropriate conditions: the conversion of microcrystalline cellulose was up to 100% , the yield of ethylene glycol was 43% and the yield of hexitols was about 5% at 245℃, H2 pressure 6 MPa for 2h.
