In order to solve the problem of the poor solubility of fullerene in water, A method preparing water-soluble fullerenol has been realized based on the fullerene oxides in this paper. In detail, the fullerene oxides were oxidized further and hydrolyzed by H2O2 to form more hydroxyl groups on fullerene cage under 50℃.，synthesized fullerenol successfully.The solubility of fullerenol is 59.8 mg/mL.Charactized and analysed the product.This paper has provided a novel method of preparing fullerenol.
