    Abstract:

    The article is about the researches of the mechanical properties, optical property and their influencing factors of rapeseed proteins-agar blend films. The results show that the mechanical properties are significantly influenced by the rapeseed proteins/agar ratio, pH and the content of glycerol but the temperature and ultraviolet ray have little influence. After the blend processing, the mechanical properties of the films improved by 6-10 times compared with the proteins films, illustrate that the blend method is a effective means to improve the properties of the films.
