    Abstract:

    2, 3-Pyrazine-dicarboxylic acid cis 6-nonenol ester was synthesized from 2, 3-Pyrazine-dicarboxylic acid and cis 6-nonenol with 4-DMAP as catalyst and DCC as dehydration reagent. Its structure was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS spectra. The pyrolysis of the precursor and the application of the compound in blended cigarette flavoring were studied as well.The results showed that: (1) the synthetic product was the target compound. (2)Temperature had a great influence on the types and contents of pyrolysis of the compound;with the rise of pyrolytic temperature, the cracking degree become more and more severe.(3)Appropriate dosage of target compound in cigarette was 0.1‰, the compound can improve the smoking quality, harmonize the aroma, reduce irritation and odor and improve aftertaste.
