    Abstract:

    Tolylene-2,4-diisocyanate, poly(propylene glycol), 2, 2-bis (hydroxymethyl) propionic acid, glyceryl monostearate, acid red B as the main raw materials, a color polyurethane leather dye was synthesized by self emulsification method, of which the structure was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The study found that, comparing with acid red B, there is a red shift of 38nm in the peak of 200~250nm. Experiments showed that the color polyurethane film has good heat resistance. The color polyurethane film has excellent resistance to dry and wet rub performance. As well as the color polyurethane emulsion has excellent freeze-thaw stability and high temperature stability.
