    Abstract:

In order to look for a performance better the zinc ions fluorescent probe. In the paper, we synthesized zinc ions fluorescent probes, namely N- (quinoline-8-methylene) benzoyl hydrazide (L), based on a Schiff base structure, using quinoline-8-carboxaldehyde as the material, characterized with IR,NMR to structure of the fluorescent probe, and studied mechanism of zinc ions. Zinc ions fluorescent probe has excellent selectivity, the biggest fluorescence wavelength of 523 nm. The detection limit of zinc ions fluorescent probe was calculated as 4.1×10-8 mol/L. The result showed probe with zinc ions formed complex of the mole ratio of 1:1. Mechanism for tridentate ligand by nitrogen atom of quinoline, imine nitrogen atom of the Schiff base and oxygen atom of amide carbonyl with zinc ions coordination, forming stable fused compound.
