                              钛氟聚丙烯酸酯乳液的性能及应用

                 摘要:以纳米 TiO 2 (nano-TiO 2 )、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)、全氟辛基乙基丙烯酸酯(FM)
                 为主要原料,通过 KH570 改性纳米 TiO 2 后,与丙烯基单体共聚制得活性纳米 TiO 2 改性含氟聚丙烯酸酯复合乳
                 液。通过 FTIR、AFM 及接触角测量仪表征共聚物的结构,测定了其性能。结果表明:改性纳米 TiO 2 、含氟单
                 体均成功引入到聚丙烯酸酯共聚物中;乳胶粒呈球形分布,表面光滑且呈单分散状态,平均粒径为 184 nm;与
                 丙烯酸酯聚合物相比,改性后涂膜的粗糙度提高,有利于防水防油性能的提升。氟硅单体的加入使涂膜的接触
                 角增大,对水和二碘甲烷的接触角分别为 125及 110,复合乳液用作表面施胶剂对纸张进行测试后,纸张对水
                 接触角为 147,对二碘甲烷接触角为 133,纸张防水防油性随着氟单体的引入而显著增加。

                            Properties and Application of Fluorinated Polyacrylate
                                            Latex Containing Titanium

                 Abstract: Active nano titanium dioxide (nano-TiO 2) modified fluorine-containing polyacrylate composite
                 latex was  prepared by using active  nano-TiO 2,  perfluorinated  octyl ethyl acrylate (FM) and  propenyl
                 monomers as main raw materials, in which active nano-TiO 2 was modified by γ-methyl methacrylate alkoxy
                 silane (KH570). The structure and properties of copolymer were studied by means of Fourier transform
                 infrared  spectroscopy (FTIR), atomic force microscope  (AFM) and contact angle measuring instrument.
                 The results showed that the modified nano-TiO 2 and fluorinated monomers were successfully introduced
                 into the  polyacrylate copolymer. The latex granules  were spherical, smooth and monodisperse with an
                 average of 184 nm.  Compared with  that  of acrylate polymer, the  roughness of  the prepared nano-TiO 2
                 modified polymer film improved, which was advantageous to improve waterproof and anti-oil performance.
                 The addition of fluorine and silicon monomer largely increased the contact angle, and the contact angles for
                 latex film to water and diiodomethane were 125 and 110, respectively. At last, the resultant composite
                 latex was used as paper surface sizing agent, the water contact angle was 147, the diiodomethane contact
                 angle was 133, the introduction of fluorine monomer could significantly enhance the water and oil
                 repellency of paper.
