                     重氮化直接灰 D 共价改性石墨烯的水分散性


                                    及其用于织物的抗辐射整理

                 摘要:将直接灰 D 重氮化后共价接枝到自制的还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)上,制备了改性石墨烯(MG),以提高
                 石墨烯在水中的分散性,使其更适用于纺织品整理。采用 Raman、FTIR、XPS、TGA 对得到的 MG 进行了表征,
                 采用 UV-Vis 考察了其在水中的分散性。结果表明,染料分子成功接枝到石墨烯上,接枝率达 21.7%左右。结果
                 发现,相对于 rGO,MG 在水中的分散性和稳定性都大大提高,MG 水溶液的最大饱和度达到 0.185 g/L,静置 7
                 d 后,仍可达到 0.092 g/L。将 MG 初步用于棉织物的抗辐射功能整理,整理织物的表面电阻为 53 MΩ,相对直
                 接灰 D 和 rGO 所整理织物的表面电阻(>220 MΩ)大大降低,且经过 10 次洗涤后,其表面电阻仍可保持在 120
                 MΩ 以内。

                     Water dispersibility of diazotized direct grey D covalently modified
                           graphene and its use in anti-radiation finishing of fabrics

                 Abstract: In order to improve the dispersion of graphene in water and make it more suitable for textile
                 finishing, diazotized direct grey D was covalently grafted onto self-made reduced graphene oxide (rGO)
                 and modified graphene (MG) was prepared. The obtained MG was characterized by Raman, FTIR, XPS and
                 TGA. Its dispersibility in water was investigated by UV-Vis. The results showed that the dye molecule was
                 successfully grafted on rGO and the grafting rate reached a 21.7%. The dispersibility and stability of MG in
                 water were greatly improved compared with those of rGO. The maximum saturation of MG was 0.185 g/L
                 and still remained 0.092 g/L after standing for 7 d. MG was preliminarily used in the anti-radiation finishing
                 cotton fabric. It was found that the surface resistance of the finished fabric was 53 MΩ, which was smaller
                 than those  of  the fabrics finished by  direct grey  D and  rGO  (>220 MΩ). Moreover, after  10 times of
                 washing, the surface resistance could still keep within 120 MΩ.
