表面改性剂对 Zn-Mg-Al 水滑石热稳定剂性能影响

摘要:以 MgCl 2 ·6H 2 O、ZnSO 4 ·7H 2 O、NaAlO 2 为原料,对共沉淀法合成的 Zn-Mg-Al 水滑石进行表面改性,
并采用转矩流变仪、静态热老化法评价改性 Zn-Mg-Al 作为聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定剂的性能,重点考察了表面
改性剂种类对 PVC 热稳定性的影响。结果表明,以聚乙二醇为表面改性剂时,制备的改性 Zn-Mg-Al 水滑石具

有较好的热稳定性能,相应 PVC 流变样品的初期白度为 90.20,长期热稳定时间为 1863 s。考察了 Zn /Mg 物

质的量比对聚乙二醇改性 Zn-Mg-Al 水滑石热稳定性能的影响。当 n(Zn )︰n(Mg )=1︰3 或 1︰7 时,制备的改
性 Zn-Mg-Al 水滑石可使 PVC 的长期热稳定时间达到约 31 min。热稳定时间为 20 min 时,聚乙二醇改性 Zn-Mg-Al
水滑石(白度 89.94)抑制 PVC 的初期着色性能优于 Mg-Al 水滑石(白度 84.87)。

Abstract: Zn-Mg-Al hydrotalcite was prepared from MgCl 2 ·6H 2O、ZnSO 4 ·7H 2O、NaAlO 2 by
coprecipitation and then modified. And the properties of samples used as thermal stabilizer for polyvinyl
chloride (PVC) were evaluated by torque rheometer and static thermal aging method. The effects of kinds
of surface modifier on the thermal stability of Zn-Mg-Al hydrotalcites were mainly investigated. The results
showed that polyethylene glycol modified Zn-Mg-Al hydrotalcite had good thermal stability. The initial
whiteness of the corresponding PVC rheological sample was 90.20 and the long-term heat stabilization time

was 1863 s. Simultaneously, the effects of Zn /Mg molar ratio on the thermal stability of polyethylene
glycol modified Zn-Mg-Al hydrotalcites were investigated. The modified Zn-Mg-Al hydrotalcite with a

Zn /Mg molar ratio of 1︰3 or 1︰7 could make the long-term thermal stability time of PVC reach about
31 minutes. In addition, polyethylene glycol modified Zn-Mg-Al hydrotalcite enhanced the whiteness value
(89.94) compared with Mg-Al hydrotalcite (84.87) when heat stabilization time was 20 min, indicating that
polyethylene glycol modified Zn-Mg-Al hydrotalcite could ensure good-initial coloring.
