水可分散型多异氰酸酯的制备与应用

摘要:以 N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(VP)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸-2-羧乙酯(CA)为单体,通过溶液聚合,制得
高分子表面活性剂 P(VP-co-BA-co-CA)。以 P(VP-co-BA-co-CA)乳化分散 1,6-己二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体,
制得水可分散型 HDI 三聚体(WD-HDIT),考察了 BA 质量分数、CA 质量分数和 HDI 三聚体质量分数对乳液
粒径和施胶性能的影响。探讨了 WD-HDIT 乳液对纸张表面的施胶性能。结果表明,当 w(VP)=5.0%,w(BA)=3.4%,
w(CA)=1.3%,w(HDI 三聚体)=60.0%时,施胶剂乳液 WD-HDIT 具有良好的稳定性和优异的施胶特性。以
WD-HDIT 质量分数为 10%的施胶剂乳液进行表面施胶,纸张施胶度达 29 s,纸张与水接触角达 119.49°,耐折

度达 67 次,抗张指数达 55.8 N·m/g,抗弯挺度指数为 2.003 N·m /kg ,环压强度指数为 5.1468 N·m/g。

Abstract: Polymer surfactant, P(VP-co-BA-co-CA), was obtained by solution polymerization of
N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone(VP), butyl acrylate (BA) and carboxyethyl-2-methacrylate (CA). And then it was
used as emulsifier to emulsify and disperse1,6-hexanedioldiisocyanate (HDI) trimer and prepare water-
dispersible HDI trimer (abbreviated as WD-HDIT). The effects of mass fraction of BA, mass fraction of CA
and mass fraction of HDI trimer on the particle size and sizing properties of WD-HDIT emulsion were
investigated.Furthermore, the paper surface sizing property of WD-HDIT emulsion was discussed. The
results showed that the prepared emulsion presented excellent stability and outstanding sizing properties
when the mass fraction of VP, BA, CA and HDItrimer was5.0%, 3.4%, 1.3% and 60.0%, respectively.When
the dosage of sizing agent WD-HDITwas 10% (mass fraction), paper sizing value could reach 29 s, the
water contact angle was 119.49°, the folding endurance could approach 67 times, the paper tensile strength

was 55.8 N·m/g, the bending stiffness was 2.003 N·m /kg , the ring crush strength was 5.1468 N·m/g.
