不同硅氧烷改性水性聚氨酯胶膜的性能

摘要:以二苯基硅二醇(DPSD)、聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS 和 KF-2201)对水性聚氨酯(WPU)进行化学改性
以改善 WPU 耐水性和耐热性的不足,并探究 3 种改性剂对 WPU 胶膜耐水性和耐热性的影响。利用 DLS 对乳
液粒径分布进行测试,采用 FTIR、XPS、DSC、TG、DTG、SEM、AFM 对胶膜进行表征。未改性胶膜、DPSD、
PDMS 以及 KF-2201 改性胶膜的水接触角分别为 81.08°、96.37°、105.72°、110.05°,吸水率分别为 16.41%、12.70%、
10.19%、9.12%,热失重 95%时相应胶膜的温度分别为 367、375、394、401 ℃,对应胶膜的粗糙度分别为 1.81、
3.67、5.06、17.7 nm。结果表明,硅氧烷的引入提升了胶膜的耐水性和耐热性,而含有大量 Si—O—Si 键和疏水
苯环的 KF-2201 更有助于提升胶膜的耐水性和耐热性。此外,胶膜表面的纹路排列较为精细规整,并且胶膜软
硬段存在微相分离。

Abstract: In order to improve the water resistance and heat resistance of waterborne polyurethane (WPU),
WPU was chemically modified by diphenylsiliconediol (DPSD) and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS and
KF-2201), respectively. The effects of three modifiers on the water resistance and heat resistance of WPU
films were investigated. The particle size distribution of the emulsion was tested by DLS. The latex films
were characterized by FTIR, XPS, DSC, TG, DTG, SEM and AFM. The water contact angles of unmodified
WPU latex film, DPSD, PDMS and KF-2201 modified latex films were 81.08°, 96.37°, 105.72°, 110.05°,
respectively, and the corresponding water absorption rates were 16.41%, 12.70%, 10.19%, 9.12%. The
temperatures of the above-mentioned corresponding latex films were 367, 375, 394 and 401 ℃ when the
thermal mass loss was 95%. The latex films had roughness of 1.81, 3.67, 5.06 and 17.7 nm, respectively.
The results showed that the introduction of siloxane improved the water resistance and heat resistance of the
latex film. Especially, KF-2201 containing a large number of Si—O—Si bonds and hydrophobic benzene
rings was more helpful to improve the water resistance and heat resistance of films. In addition, the wrinkle
on the surface of film was fine and regular, and there was microphase separation in the hard and soft
sections of the film.
