摘要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)、丙烯酸(AA)为主要原
料制备了聚丙烯酸酯双亲性共聚物(PMBDA),PMBDA 与荧光素(FM)在水中共组装形成水性荧光高分子乳
液(PMBDA/FM 共组装乳液)。该乳液与己二酸二酰肼(ADH)均匀混合并于室温干燥固化后,即得

PMBDA/FM-ADH 膜。通过 GPC、HNMR、纳米粒度仪、UV-Vis 和荧光光谱仪等对 PMBDA 共聚物、PMBDA/FM
共组装乳液和 PMBDA/FM-ADH 膜的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,PMBDA/FM 共组装乳液的粒径在
100~200 nm 间,荧光强度在一定范围内与荧光素的添加量相关;PMBDA/FM-ADH 薄膜在紫外灯下发出均匀的
绿色荧光,荧光发射峰值波长(λ m )516 nm,且在温度高于玻璃化转变温度(31.86 ℃)时的形状回复率约 100%。

Preparation of fluorescent shape memory polymer materials by self-drying
membrane in aqueous solution at room temperature

Abstract: Amphiphilic polyacrylate copolymer (PMBDA) was prepared by using methyl methacrylate
(MMA), butyl acrylate (BA), diacetone acrylamide (DAAM) and acrylic acid (AA) as monomers. The
macromolecule PMBDA was able to co-assemble with fluorescein (FM) in water to form water-based
fluorescent emulsion (PMBDA/FM co-assembled emulsion). Then, the PMBDA/FM co-assembled
emulsion mixed uniformly with adipic acid dihydrazide (ADH) at room temperature and solidified to obtain
fluorescent shape memory material (PMBDA/FM-ADH film). The structure and properties of copolymer
PMBDA, PMBDA/FM co-assembled emulsion and PMBDA/FM-ADH film were characterized by GPC,
1 HNMR,nanometer particle analyzer, UV-Vis, fluorescence spectrometer and other instruments. The results
showed that the particle size of the co-assembled emulsion was in the range of 100~200 nm. The
fluorescence intensity of the emulsion was related to the additive amount of fluorescein within a certain
range. The film could emit a uniform green fluorescence under ultraviolet light irradiation with a
fluorescence emission peak wavelength (λ m) of 516 nm. Moreover, the shape recovery rate was almost
100% when temperature was higher than glass transition temperature (31.86 ℃).
