高品质 BiOCl 珠光颜料的制备及其
在水性珠光印花涂料中的应用

摘要:为解决合成高固含量氯氧化铋(BiOCl)晶体时易产生晶体碎片和团聚的问题,以聚乙二醇单甲醚-b-聚
甲基丙烯酸 N,N-二甲基氨基乙酯为分散剂,制备了高固含量(10%)、分散性优异的正方形 BiOCl 晶体。以其为
珠光颜料,自制的水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液作黏合剂,制得了具有不同层次珠光效果的织物珠光印花涂层。用
光学显微镜、激光粒度仪和 XRD 考察了 BiOCl 晶体的形貌、粒径分布和结晶度,并考察了珠光印花涂层的透
气性、透湿性、水接触角及色牢度。结果表明,BiOCl 晶体的尺寸可控、无碎片和团聚、结晶度较高;珠光印

花涂层透湿率>5500 g/(m ·d),透气率在 15~24 mm/s 之间,水接触角>130°,耐洗和耐摩擦色牢度达到 4 级及
以上。

Preparation of high-quality BiOCl pearlescent pigment and its
application in waterborne pearlescent printing coatings

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of crystal fragmentation and agglomeration in the synthesis
process of bismuth chloride oxide (BiOCl) crystals with high solid content, square BiOCl crystals with high
solid content (10%) and excellent dispersity were prepared using polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether-
b-polyacrylic N,N-dimethylaminoethyl ester as dispersant, and then used as pearlescent pigment to
synthesize fabric pearlescent printing coatings with different pearlescent effects with self-made waterborne
polyurethane (WPU) emulsion as binder. The morphology, size distribution and crystallinity of BiOCl
crystals were firstly investigated by optical microscope, laser particle analyzer and XRD, followed by
analyses on the air and moisture permeability, water contact angle and fastness of pearlescent printing
coating obtained. The results showed that BiOCl crystals had controllable size, no fragmentation and
agglomeration, and high crystallinity. The moisture permeability of pearlescent printing coating was more

than 5500 g/(m ·d), while the air permeability was in the range of 15~24 mm/s, the water contact angle was
more than 130°, and the color fastness to washing and rubbing reached grade 4 or above.
