                              定向防粘附润滑涂层制备及其性能

                 摘要:通过仿生猪笼草的润滑表面和稻叶表面的导向结构,制备了一种工艺简单、双疏、定向防粘附的润滑涂
                 层。利用砂纸以相同方向在 PP 表面打磨得到导向性微结构。对此结构进行紫外/臭氧处理、化学沉积
                 1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟辛基三氯硅烷、灌注全氟聚醚制备了润滑表面。分别用 SEM、粗糙度测量仪和接触角测量仪,
                 对涂层进行了表征和分析。结果表明,在 PP 表面定向打磨得到的“沟槽”微结构为存储润滑液提供了条件。当
                 PP 表面粗糙度 R a ≈1.891 μm 时水接触角为 135,氟硅烷沉积后水接触角为 141。浸渍润滑液后得到的 PP 润滑
                 涂层对水和十二烷接触角分别为 105、59,定向水和十二烷的倾斜角分别为 2、4;在蜂蜜和沐浴露中浸泡
                 0.5 h 后润滑涂层表面粘附量比未处理表面分别降低了 89.4%、70%。

                Preparation and Properties of Oriented Anti-adhesion Lubricating Coating

                 Abstract: A lubricating coating with simple process, stable chemical properties and oriented anti-adhesion
                 was prepared by simulating the lubricated surface of pitcher plant and the guiding structure of the surface of
                 rice  leaf.  The  oriented  rough  microstructure  was  obtained  by  grinding  the  polypropylene  (PP)  with
                 sandpaper  in  the  same  direction. After  the microstructure  was  treated by  ultraviolet/ozone, 1H, 1H,  2H,
                 2H-perfluorooctyl trichlorosilicon was chemically deposited on it, and then perfluoropolyether was poured
                 into the surface microstructure to obtain the lubricating surface. SEM, roughness tester and contact angle
                 tester were used to analyze the coating surface. The results showed that the surface grooves obtained by
                 directional polishing provided conditions for storing lubricants. When the roughness (R a) of PP surface was
                 about 1.891 μm, the water contact angle on the PP surface was 135, and that on the fluorosilane deposited
                 PP surface was 141. The PP lubricating coating obtained after impregnating the lubricating liquid had the
                 contact angle of 105 and 59 for water and dodecane, respectively. The tilted angles of the oriented water
                 and  dodecane  are  2 and  4,  respectively.  After  soaking  in  honey  and  shower  gel  for  0.5  h,  the
                 corresponding  adhesion  amount  of  the  lubricated  PP  coating  reduced  by  89.4%  and  70%,  respectively,
                 compared with the untreated surface.
