有机颜料/SiO 双层包覆彩色铝颜料的制备及表征

摘要:以正硅酸乙酯为硅源,通过溶胶-凝胶法反应制得 SiO 2 包覆的铝颜料,然后通过沉淀剂 BaCl 2 •2H 2 O 分别
将有机颜料酞菁蓝或偶氮红沉淀在 SiO 2 包覆层的表面,制得具有金属光泽的有机颜料/SiO 2 双层包覆蓝色铝颜料
和红色铝颜料。采用 FE-SEM、接触角和耐碱性测试对制备的 SiO 2 包覆铝颜料和有机颜料/SiO 2 双层包覆彩色铝
颜料的性能进行表征。结果表明,SiO 2 首先在铝颜料表面形成一层均匀致密的亲水性包覆层,继续包覆酞菁蓝
或偶氮红有机颜料层后得到的双层包覆彩色铝颜料与水的接触角由 SiO 2 包覆铝颜料的 23.2°增加至 80.0°左右,
疏水性增加;在 40 ℃、pH=9 的弱碱性环境下,SiO 2 包覆铝颜料 48 h 内氢气释放量小于 6 mL,有机颜料/SiO 2
双层包覆彩色铝颜料氢气释放量小于 30 mL,之后二者均趋于平稳;色卡对比和多角度色差分析仪结果表明,
制备的有机颜料/SiO 2 双层包覆彩色铝颜料具有明显的“随角异色”性,红色铝颜料的色彩饱和度大于蓝色铝颜
料,且随着酞菁蓝原料的增加,蓝色铝颜料的颜色饱和度增加,但对明度的影响不大。

Abstract: SiO 2 coated aluminum pigment was prepared by sol-gel method using tetraethyl orthosilicate as
silicon source. Then, organic pigment phthalocyanine blue or azo red was precipitated on the surface of
SiO 2 coated aluminum pigment with BaCl 2•2H 2O as precipitant to produce inorganic-organic double-layer
coated blue aluminum pigment or red aluminum pigment with metallic luster. The prepared colored
aluminum pigments were characterized by FE-SEM, contact angle test and alkali resistance test. The results
showed that SiO 2 formed a uniform and dense hydrophilic coating layer on the surface of aluminum
pigment.Compared to SiO 2 coated aluminum pigment, the contact angles between the organic-inorganic
double-layer coated aluminum pigments and water increased from 23.2° to about 80.0°, and the
hydrophobicity increased. At 40 ℃ and pH=9, the hydrogen release volume of SiO 2 coated aluminum
pigment was less than 6 mL and those of double-layer coated aluminum pigments were less than 30 mL
within 48 h, and then both of them tended to be stable. The results of color card comparison and multi-angle
color difference analyzer indicated that the prepared inorganic-organic double-layer coated aluminum
pigments had obvious color with angle property. The color saturation of red aluminum pigment was higher
than that of blue aluminum pigment, and with the increase of phthalocyanine blue, the color saturation of
