植酸对羽毛角蛋白整理涤纶性能的影响

摘要:为提高羽毛角蛋白(FK)对涤纶织物的后整理效果及其耐久性,向 FK 整理液中添加了植酸(PA)组分,
采用 SEM 和 FTIR 对整理前后涤纶织物的形貌和结构进行了表征,同时对比分析了 PA 对 FK 整理涤纶织物表面
静态接触角、芯吸高度、抗静电性能的影响规律。此外,将整理的涤纶织物进行洗涤处理,测试了织物上 FK
的保留率。结果表明:PA 组分的添加,可在涤纶织物表面引入磷酸根官能团,使得亲水性基团的数量增加,整
理涤纶织物的芯吸高度与抗静电性提升,表面静态接触角下降;同时 PA 还提升了 FK 整理涤纶织物的耐久性,
经相同工艺水洗后,FK 的保留率仍高达 89.20%,高于单一组分 FK 整理的涤纶织物。

Abstract: In order to improve the finishing effect and durability of feather keratin (FK) on the polyester
fabric, phytic acid (PA) was added into FK finishing solution. The morphology and structure of polyester
fabrics before and after finishing were characterized by SEM and FTIR. Meanwhile, the effect of PA on the
surface static contact angle, wicking height and antistatic property of the polyester fabrics finished by FK
were investigated. Besides, the FK retention rate on the fabric was tested after the finished polyester fabric
was washed. The results showed that the addition of PA introduced phosphate groups on the surface of
polyester fabric, increasing the number of hydrophilic groups. Consequently, the wicking height and
antistatic property of the finished polyester fabric were enhanced and the static contact angle of the surface
was decreased.PA also improved the durability of the FK finished polyester fabric. After being washed by
the same process, the FK retention on the fabric finished by adding PA was as high as 89.20%, higher than
that of the polyester fabric finished only by FK.

涤纶织物具有优异的力学性能、抗起皱特性以 乎不含有亲水性官能团,致使其吸湿性能差,易产
及洗可穿性,广泛地应用于纺织服装领域。但是, 生静电,造成涤纶织物的服用舒适性较差 [1-3] 。目前,
涤纶纤维呈疏水特性,结晶度高,且分子结构中几 对涤纶织物进行功能后整理是解决上述问题的主要
