                                      水性聚氨酯的制备与性能

                 摘要:以酒石酸与聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)为原料,在不需预保护酒石酸中羟基的情况下,经过酯化反应合
                 成了酒石酸聚乙二醇单甲醚酯(TMPEG),以其为亲水单体通过预聚体法制备了一系列非离子型水性聚氨酯

                 (TWPU)乳液。通过 HNMR、FTIR、拉伸测试对 TMPEG 和 TWPU 进行了结构表征与性能测试。考察了亲
                 水单体 TMPEG 质量分数对 TWPU 贮存稳定性、力学性能、吸水率的影响。结果表明:当 TMPEG 质量分数为
                 24%(以 TMPEG、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷、乙二胺的总质量为基准,
                 下同)时,TWPU 乳液平均粒径为 85 nm,TWPU 胶膜接触角为 84°,拉伸强度为 7.8 MPa,断裂伸长率为 768%。

                 Abstract: Polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether tartrate (TMPEG) was synthesized from tartaric acid and
                 polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether (MPEG) by esterification reaction,in which the hydroxyl group in
                 tartaric acid was not preprotected. Then, a series of nonionic waterborne polyurethane (TWPU) emulsions
                 were  prepared by prepolymer  method using TMPEG as hydrophilic component.  The structure and

                 properties of  TMPEG and  TWPU samples were characterized  by  HNMR, FTIR and tensile test. The
                 effects of TMPEG mass fraction on the storage stability, mechanical properties, water absorption of TWPU
                 samples were studied. The results showed that when the mass fraction of TMPEG was 24% (based on the
                 total mass of TMPEG, polyadipate-1,4-butanediol ester diol, isophorone diisocyanate, trimethylpropane and
                 ethylene diamine, the same below), the average particle size of the prepared TWPU emulsion was 85 nm,
                 the contact angle, tensile strength, elongation at break of the TWPU film were 84°, 7.8 MPa and 768%,
                 respectively.
