高固含量 UV 固化水性 PUA 的制备及性能

摘要:以聚乙二醇 600 双丙烯酸酯(PEG600DA)作为可聚合非离子乳化剂,制得了高固含量(树脂占乳液质量
的 54%)紫外光固化水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯乳液(PWPUA)。通过 FTIR 对聚合物结构进行了表征,采用 DLS、
TSI、TGA、DSC 和万能试验机考察了 PEG600DA 质量分数对乳液粒径分布、乳液稳定性、胶膜热性能及力学
性能的影响。结果表明:随 PEG600DA 质量分数的增加,乳液粒径及稳定性先降低后增大;同时乳胶膜的软段
玻璃化转变温度(T gs )上升,硬段玻璃化转变温度(T gh )下降。当 w(PEG600DA)=6.09%时,乳液粒径为 31.86 nm
且粒径分布为单峰;TSI 值最小,稳定性最佳;乳胶膜拉伸强度最大为 27.82 MPa。当 w(PEG600DA)=8.87%时,
乳胶膜最高降解温度最大(T max =396.483 ℃),热稳定性最佳。

Abstract: A series of high solid content (54%) UV-curable waterborne polyurethane-polyacrylate emulsion
(PWPUA) were synthesized by using polyethylene glycol 600 diacrylate (PEG600DA) as polymerizable
nonionic emulsifier. The structure of polymer was characterized by FTIR. The effects of mass fraction of
PEG600DA on the particle size distribution and stability of PWPUA emulsion, and the thermal properties
and mechanical properties of emulsion films were characterized by DLS, TSI, TGA, DSC and universal
testing machine. The results showed that with the increase of the mass fraction of PEG600DA, the particle
size and stability of emulsion initially decreased and then increased. At the same time, the soft segment
glass transition temperature (T gs) of film increased, and hard segment glass transition temperature (T gh )
decreased. When the mass fraction of PEG600DA was 6.09%, the particle size of the obtained emulsion was
31.86 nm, its particle size distribution exhibited a single peak. The emulsion had the best stability, and the
corresponding film showed the largest tensile strength of 27.82 MPa. However, the emulsion film
containing 8.87% mass fraction of PEG600DA presented the optimal thermal stability and the highest
degradation temperature (T max=396.483 ℃).
