                    一类高透明含氟共聚型聚酰亚胺的合成与表征

                 摘要:以 2,2′-双(三氟甲基)-4,4′-二氨基联苯(TFMB)、4,4-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)和 3, 3′,4,4′-二苯醚四甲酸
                 二酐(ODPA)为原料,间甲酚为溶剂,按不同的配比,采用一步法制备了一系列低成本含氟共聚型聚酰亚胺
                 CPI-1~CPI-4,进一步制备成膜。通过红外光谱仪、核磁共振波谱仪对该系列含氟聚酰亚胺的结构进行了表征确
                 认。采用 UV 光度计、TGA、DSC、拉伸性能试验机对其溶解性能、光学性能、热性能、机械性能进行了测试。
                 结果表明,该系列含氟聚酰亚胺室温下能溶于二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)、三氯甲烷
                 (CHCl 3 )等有机溶剂,具有较好的溶解性和成膜性。所制薄膜具有优良的光学透明性,在紫外光波长 400  nm
                 时的透光率均在 70%以上。CPI-1~CPI-4 的起始分解温度均大于 500  ℃,N 2 氛围下 800  ℃的质量残留百分数均
                 在 52%以上,玻璃化转变温度在 166~170  ℃。此外,CPI-1~CPI-4 薄膜的拉伸强度在 89.8~105.3  MPa,弹性模
                 量在 1.3~1.7 GPa,断裂伸长率在 9.7%~18.4%,表现出较好的机械性能。

                            Synthesis and Characterization of Highly Transparent
                                   Fluorine-containing Copolymer Polyimide

                 Abstract: A series of low-cost fluorine-containing co-polyimides CPI-1~CPI-4 were prepared by one-step
                 method  using  2,2′-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzidine  (TFMB),4,4′-oxydianiline  (ODA)  and  3,3′,4,4′-diphenyl
                 ether tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (ODPA) as monomers and m-cresol as solvent. These co-polyimides
                 were  characterized  by  infrared  and  nuclear  magnetic  resonance  spectroscopy.  The  solubility,  optical,
                 thermal and mechanical properties of the co-polyimides were tested by organic solvents, UV photometer,
                 TGA,  DSC and tensile tester.  The results show  that these  fluorine-containing  co-polyimides  can  be
                 dissolved  in organic  solvents  such  as  dimethyl  sulfoxide  (DMSO),  N,N-dimethylacetamide  (DMAc)  and
                 trichloromethane (CHCl 3) at room temperature, and have good solubility and film forming properties. The
                 prepared films have excellent optical transparency with light transmittance at a wavelength of ultraviolet
                 light of 400 nm more than 70%. The fluorine-containing co-polyimides also have excellent thermal stability,
                 the initial decomposition temperatures of CPI-1~CPI-4 are more than 500  ℃, the mass residual percentages
                 at  800  ℃ in  N 2  atmosphere  are  above  52%,  and  the  glass  transition  temperatures  are  in the range of
                 166~170  ℃. In addition, the co-polyimide films have tensile strengths of 89.8~105.3 MPa, elastic modulus
                 between 1.3~1.7 GPa, and elongation at break in the range of 9.7% to 18.4%, showing good mechanical
                 properties.
