聚二炔酸/α-FeOOH 复合材料热致可逆变色性能

摘要:紫外光照下(=254 nm)引发自组装在 α-FeOOH 纳米粒子表面的 10,12-二十五碳二炔酸(DA)聚合,得
到聚 10,12-二十五碳二炔酸/α-FeOOH 纳米复合材料(PDA/α-FeOOH),利用 XRD、SEM、DLS 对该复合材料
的结构、形貌及粒径大小进行了表征。热致变色实验结果显示:复合材料在 30~80 ℃间呈“蓝-红”的可逆变化,
考察了 α-FeOOH 用量、光聚合时间对 PDA/α-FeOOH 纳米复合材料热致可逆变色的影响。结果显示:经紫外光
照射 10 min 聚合得到的蓝色 PDA/α-FeOOH〔m(DA)∶m(α-FeOOH)=3∶1〕复合材料加热变色最快,60 ℃完全变
为红色,最大吸收波长从 650 nm 蓝移至 540 nm,冷热循环实验证明 PDA/α-FeOOH 复合材料具有良好的稳定性。

Abstract: 10,12-Pentacosadiynoic acid (DA) self-assembled on the surface of α-FeOOH nanoparticles was
irradiated with ultraviolet light (=254 nm) to obtain polydiacetylene/α-FeOOH (PDA/α-FeOOH)
nanocomposites. The structure and morphology of nanocomposites were characterized by XRD, SEM and
DLS. The results showed that PDA/α-FeOOH had a reversible change in color from blue to red between
30 ℃ and 80 ℃. The effects of irradiation time and α-FeOOH dosage on the reversible thermochromic
properties of PDA/α-FeOOH nanocomposites were investigated. The results revealed that bule PDA/α-
FeOOH nanocomposites with a mass ratio of DA to α-FeOOH of 3∶1 irradiated by UV light for 10 min
was the fastest color change. When the composites were warmed at 60 ℃, its color changed from blue to
red, and the maximum absorption wavelength happened shift-blue from 650 nm to 540 nm. The heating and
cooling cycles revealed that the PDA/α-FeOOH nanocomposites demonstrated excellently thermal stability.
