                    改性聚乙二醇多磺酸基水处理剂的制备及性能

                 摘要:以过硫酸铵为引发剂,以马来酸酐改性聚乙二醇得到的聚乙二醇酯(PEGMA)、乙烯基磺酸钠(SVS)、
                 丙烯酸(AA)为单体,通过水相自由基共聚反应制备目标共聚物 PEGMA-SVS-AA。考察了聚合工艺对其阻碳
                 酸钙垢性能的影响,利用红外光谱对共聚物结构进行表征,得到最佳聚合反应条件为:n(PEGMA)∶n(SVS)∶
                 n(AA)为 1∶3∶5,过硫酸铵用量为单体总质量的 6%,反应时间 2.5 h,控制反应温度为 80 ℃。在该条件下制备
                 的聚合物 PEGMA-SVS-AA 在模拟工业生产循环冷却水条件下,其阻碳酸钙垢率达到 89%。使用 XRD 和 SEM
                 对碳酸钙垢进行了表征,该水处理剂不仅改变了碳酸钙的形貌而且改变了碳酸钙的晶型。

                 Abstract:  A  novel  scale  inhibitor,  polyethylene  glycol  ester  (PEGMA)/sodium  vinyl  sulfonate  (SVS)/
                 acrylic  acid  (AA)  (PEGMA-SVS-AA)  was  synthesized  by  free  radical  copolymerization  in  aqueous
                 solution using ammonium persulfate as initiator, in which PEGMA was prepared from maleic anhydride
                 with polyethylene glycol. The effect of polymerization process on the performance of calcium carbonate
                 scale  inhibition  was  investigated.  Copolymer  PEGMA-SVS-AA  was  characterized  by  FTIR.  The  results
                 showed  that  the  optimum  reaction  conditions  of  synthesizing  PEGMA-SVS-AA  were  as  follows:
                 n(PEGMA)∶n(SVS)∶n(AA)=1∶3∶5,  ammonium  persulfate  dosage  being  6%  of  the  total  mass  of
                 monomers, reaction time 2.5 h, and reaction temperature 80 ℃. Under simulating the industrial production
                 cycle cooling water conditions, the inhibition rate of calcium carbonate reached 89%. Calcium carbonate
                 scale was characterized using XRD and SEM. It was found that this scale inhibitor not only changed the
                 morphology of calcium carbonate but also changed the crystal form of calcium carbonate.
