其仍具有较好的乳化性能。利用噻唑蓝(MTT)法对该表面活性剂的细胞毒性进行测试,结果表明,BOFPGS

Abstract: A novel glyceryl ether fluorocarbon surfactant, sodium 2,3-bis[(2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluoropentyl)oxy]
propyl-1-sulfate (BOFPGS) was designed and synthesized from 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluoro-1-pentanol and

2,3-dibromopropan-1-ol. The structures of the intermediate and product were characterized by FTIR, H and
19 FNMR spectroscopy and MS. The surface activity of BOFPGS was measured. The results showed that the

critical micelle concentration of BOFPGS was 4.16×10 mol/L and the corresponding surface tension was
22.70 mN/m. The same volume of liquid paraffin was emulsified with different concentrations of BOFPGS
aqueous solution, respectively. It was found that the water seperation rate increased with time and the
emulsion tended to be stable at 30 min. Moreover, BOFPGS possessed excellent emulsifying performance at

0.8×10 mol/L. The cytotoxicity of BOFPGS was tested by MTT assay. The results showed that BOFPGS

had no obvious cytotoxicity in the range of 8.04 × 10 ~1.60 × 10 mol/L.
