                 摘要:采用吊片法和鼓气法分别测定两类表面活性剂——肉豆蔻酰基 β-丙氨酸钾/钠(MAP/MAS)和肉豆蔻酰
                 基牛磺酸钾/钠(MTP/MTS)的表面张力和泡沫性能,并研究添加无机盐和有机铵盐对 MAS 与 MTS 泡沫性能
                 的影响。结果表明,两类表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度(CMC)与反离子类型相关,MTP 的起泡性弱于 MTS 但
                 稳泡性高于 MTS;除四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)外,盐的添加均可显著提升两种表面活性剂的稳泡性,而对起泡
                 性的影响不明显;添加阳离子对两种表面活性剂的泡沫性能的影响与其亲水基类型相关,MTS/盐体系的离子特
                                                            +
                 异性效应比 MAS/盐体系更为显著,其稳泡性在添加 K 时达到峰值,而 MTS/TBAB 的消泡性能最为显著。

              Foam properties and ionic specific effects of myristoyl amino acid surfactants

                 Abstract: Surface tensions and foam properties of myristoyl β-alanine potassium/sodium (MAP/MAS) and
                 myristoyl taurine potassium/sodium  (MTP/MTS) were studied by Wilhelmy plate  method and foam scan,
                 respectively. The effects of inorganic salts and organic ammonium salts on the foam properties of MAS and
                 MTS  were investigated.  The results showed that the critical  micelle concentration  (CMC)  of the two
                 surfactants  was related to the type of counter-ions. The foamability of myristoyl taurine  potassium was
                 lower than that of myristoyl taurine sodium, whereas the foam stability was on the contrary. The added salts,
                 except tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) could significantly enhance the foam stability of both MAS
                 and MTS, and have no effect on the foamability. The effect of adding cations on the foam properties of the
                 two surfactants was related to the type of hydrophilic group. The ion specific effect of MTS/salt system was
                 more obvious than that  of  MAS/salt system, and the foam stability reached the  peak  value as  adding
                 potassium ions, while the defoaming property of MTS/TBAB was the most significant.

            酸为基础的表面活性剂,具有柔和性、低刺激性、                             性,在医疗、卫生、工业等领域有较好的应用前景,
            低毒性、生物降解性好及抗菌性强等特点,广泛应                             在护肤和清洁产品中具有很大的应用潜力                   [5-9] 。
            用于食品、医药、化妆品、农业、石油等领域                      [1-4] 。      在产品复配中,盐常被用作增稠剂,盐在表面
            氨基酸型表面活性剂是当下流行的水性起泡剂之                              活性剂溶液中所引发的分子间静电作用、水合作用
