载体对甲维盐固体纳米制剂的性能影响

摘要:为了研究载体对农药固体纳米制剂理化性能的影响及其选择原则,采用自乳化-载体固化法制备了 7 种不
同载体的甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(甲维盐)固体纳米分散体。比较了载体粉末粒度、溶解度、比表面积及形
貌间的差异性,揭示了不同载体对甲维盐固体纳米分散体粒径、分散度、界面电荷、pH、晶型及叶面润湿性的
影响。结果表明,农药固体纳米分散体中载体的理化性质及结构对纳米制剂的粒度、分散性、界面性质及晶型
具有显著影响。苯甲酸钠为甲维盐固体纳米分散体的优良载体,载药粒子的平均粒径为(22±2)nm,多分散指
数为 0.358±0.055。

Effect of carrier on performances of emamectin benzoate solid nanoformulations

Abstract: In order to study the influence of carrier on physical and chemical properties of pesticide solid
nano formulations and its selection principle, emamectin benzoate solid nanodispersions with seven
different carries were prepared by self-emulsifying and solidification technology. The powder size, solubility,
specific surface area and morphology of the carriers were compared. Furthermore, the effects of different
carriers on the particle size, dispersibility, interfacial charge, pH, crystallinity and leaf wettability of the
solid nanodispersions were revealed. The results showed that the physicochemical properties and structures
of the carriers in the pesticide solid nanodispersion had significant effects on the particle size, dispersibility,
interfacial property and crystallinity of the solid nanodispersion. Sodium benzoate was the best carrier for
emamectin benzoate solid nanodispersion, the average particle size and polydispersity index of the solid
nanodispersion were (22±2) nm and 0.358±0.055, respectively.
