一种耐高温酸液稠化剂的制备及性能

摘要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为原料、是否引入十八烷基甲基丙烯酸酯
(SMA)为区别,通过自由基聚合制备出两种稠化剂 SY-1 和 SY-2。采用 FTIR 及芘探针法对其结构进行表征;通
过热重分析仪、流变仪、酸岩反应旋转岩盘仪对其进行性能测试。结果表明:引入 SMA 单体后制得产物 SY-2 热
稳定性得到改善;当 SY-2 添加量为质量分数为 20%的盐酸溶液质量的 0.8%时,溶液升温至 180 ℃的终点黏度为
50 mPa·s,继续剪切 1 h 后终点黏度为 20.1 mPa·s,剪切稳定性为 40.20%;在 180 ℃、3 MPa 下,SY-2 型稠化酸的

静态酸岩反应速率为 8.94×10 g/(cm ·s)。该体系与缓蚀剂、铁离子稳定剂配伍性良好,可用于深井高温酸化压裂。

Abstract: Two thickeners SY-1 and SY-2 were prepared by free radical polymerization using acrylamide
(AM), methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) as raw materials, with and without
octadecyl methacrylate (SMA). Their structures were characterized by FTIR and pyrene probe method and
their properties were tested by thermogravimetric analyzer, rheometer and acid-rock reaction rotary disc
analyzer. The results showed that the thermal stability of SY-2 containing SMA was improved. When SY-2
was 0.8% of the mass of mass fraction 20% hydrochloric acid solution, the final viscosity of the solution
was 50 mPa·s when heated to 180 ℃, that was 20.1 mPa·s after shearing for 1 h, and the shear stability was

40.20%. At 180 ℃ and 3 MPa, the static acid-rock reaction rate of SY-2 was 8.94×10 g/(cm ·s). The
system had good compatibility with corrosion inhibitor and iron ion stabilizer and could be used for high
temperature acid fracturing in deep wells.
