羟基硅油改性磺酸型水性聚氨酯的合成及性能

摘要:以磺酸型聚酯二元醇(BY3301)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为主要原料,羟基硅油为改性剂,三羟甲基丙
烷(TMP)为交联剂,合成了羟基硅油改性磺酸型水性聚氨酯。采用 FTIR、TG、数显黏度计、纳米粒度仪表
征了聚合物的结构与性能,探讨了羟基硅油含量对乳液及胶膜性能的影响。结果表明:随着羟基硅油含量增加,
乳液粒径增大,黏度降低;胶膜表面水接触角增大,吸水率先减小后增大;胶膜拉伸强度增强,断裂伸长率先
增大后减小。当羟基硅油占预聚体质量的 3%时,聚合物性能最佳,其乳液粒径为 85.1 nm,黏度为 114.5 mPa·s,
胶膜水接触角为 91.7,拉伸强度为 14.78 MPa,断裂伸长率为 427%,24 h 吸水率仅为 5.61%,由 TG 曲线可知,
胶膜质量损失 5%时,对应温度为 269.9 ¥,较之改性前提高 17.3 ¥。

Synthesis and Properties of Hydroxyl Silicone Oil Modified
Sulfonated Waterborne Polyurethane

Abstract: A series of hydroxyl silicone oil modified sulfonated waterborne polyurethane were synthesized
with sulfonated polyester diols (BY3301), toluene diisocyanate (TDI) as main raw materials, hydroxyl
silicone oil as modifier and trimethylol propane (TMP) as crosslinking agent. The structure and properties
of the obtained polymers were characterized by FTIR, TG, viscosity meter with digital display, nanoparticle
size analyzer. And the effects of hydroxy silicone oil content on the properties of emulsion and film were
investigated. The results showed that with the increase of content of hydroxy silicone oil, the particle size of
emulsion increased, the viscosity decreased, the water contact angle of film increased, and the water
absorption of film initially increased and then decreased. The tensile strength of film gradually increased,
and the elongation at break initially increased and then decreased. When hydroxyl silicone oil content was
3% of the mass of prepolymer, the obtained polymer had the best comprehensive performance. The
emulsion particle size was 85.1 nm, the viscosity was 114.5 mPa·s, the water contact angle was 91.7, the
tensile strength was 14.78 MPa, the elongation at break was 427%, water absorption of 24 hours was 5.61%.
The TG curve revealed that when the loss of film mass was 5%, the corresponding temperature was
269.9 ¥, increased by 17.3 ¥ compared with that of unmodified film.
