缔合型交联剂对多元共聚物流变特性的影响

摘要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、十二烷
基二甲基烯丙基氯化铵为原料,以水溶液聚合的方法合成了两亲性高分子聚合物 ZW-12。用十八烷基二羟乙基
甜菜碱作为缔合型交联剂 M-1,通过 RS6000 型流变仪研究了不同浓度 M-1 对 ZW-12 溶液流变性能的影响,用
扫描电镜观察了流体的介观结构。结果表明,复配体系的触变性能与蠕变性能均在 M-1 含量达到 ZW-12 质量的
0.300%后发生较大变化;触变实验表现为应力过冲现象的产生及触变环面积的大幅增加;蠕变实验采用 Burger
模型进行拟合后发现 M-1 含量大于 0.300%(以溶液中 ZW-12 的质量为基准,下同)后,Maxwell 弹簧模量 G 0
增大至 0.51 Pa。SEM 图验证了该浓度前后流体结构发生变化的推论。通过 Cross 方程与 Jeffery 模型对各 M-1
含量下流体黏切曲线的拟合,确定了 M-1 对流体黏度与模量的共同影响造成其非牛顿行为的变化。

Effect of associative crosslinking agent on rheological
properties of multiple copolymer

Abstract: Amphiphilic polymer ZW-12 was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization of acrylamide
(AM), acryloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride (DAC), 2-acrylamide-2methyl propanesulfonic acid (AMPS)
and dodecyl dimethyl allyl ammonium chloride. Octadecyl dihydroxyethyl betaine was used as associative
crosslinking agent M-1 to investigate the effect of M-1 with different concentrations on the rheological
properties of ZW-12 solution by RS6000 rheometer and the mesostructure of the fluid was observed by
SEM. The results showed that both the thixotropic and creep properties of the composite system changed
significantly when the content of M-1 reached 0.300% of the mass of ZW-12. In the thixotropic experiment,
stress overshoot was generated and thixotropic ring area was increased greatly. Burger model was used to
fit the creep experiment, and it was found that when the content of M-1 was greater than 0.300% of the
mass of ZW-12, the Maxwell spring modulus G 0 increased to 0.51 Pa. SEM result verified the inference that
the fluid structure changed before and after addition of 0.300% M-1. Cross equation and Jeffery model were
used to fit the viscosity and shear curves of the fluid at different contents of M-1. The results revealed that
the combined influence of M-1 on viscosity and modulus of the fluid resulted in the change of its
non-newtonian behavior.
