了一种可以获得较高纯度 CBD 的色谱填料。通过上
述实验方法将 CBD 纯度从 1.29%提高到 99%以上,
为 CBD 精提纯提供了一种方式,并将提纯后的 CBD
进行小鼠抑郁模型探究。结果表明,CBD 能够改善
模型小鼠的抑郁行为并且降低小鼠皮层和海马炎症
因子 TNF-α、IL-1β 和 iNos mRNA 水平,说明 CBD
能改善 CUMS 模型小鼠的抑郁行为并抑制脑皮层和
海马的炎性反应。本文提供了一种提取较高纯度
CBD 的方法,为下一步深入探究 CBD 在药食同源
