醚化改性麦糟吸附材料的制备及其对亚甲基蓝的吸附

摘要:以麦糟(RSG)为基材,氯乙酸为醚化剂,NaOH 为催化剂,制备了醚化改性麦糟(MSG),研究了 MSG
对亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附性能。考察了改性条件对 MB 吸附效果的影响。结果表明,在固液比 1∶50(g∶mL)、
n(NaOH)∶n(ClCH 2 COOH)=1.25∶1.0、醚化温度为 75 ℃、醚化时间为 2.5 h 的条件下,制得的 MSG 对 MB 吸
附效果最好,吸附量达到 201.20 mg/g。采用 SEM、N 2 吸附-脱附、FTIR、XPS 和零电荷点技术对改性前后麦糟
的外观形貌、比表面积和孔径分布、表面性质等进行了表征。Langmuir 方程和拟二级动力学方程可很好地描述
MSG 吸附 MB 的过程,化学吸附为其主要吸附方式。

Preparation of etherification modified spent grain and
its adsorption for methylene blue

Abstract: Modified spent grain (MSG) was prepared from raw spent grain (RSG) using chloroacetic acid as
etherifying agent and NaOH as catalyst. The adsorption performance of methylene blue (MB) by MSG was
studied. The effect of modification conditions on MB adsorption was investigated. The results showed that
under the conditions of solid liquid ratio of 1∶50 (g∶mL), n(NaOH)∶n(ClCH 2COOH)=1.25∶1.0,
etherification temperature of 75 ℃ and etherification time of 2.5 h, the prepared MSG exhibited the best
adsorption effect for MB with a adsorption capacity of 201.20 mg/g. The morphology, specific surface area,
pore size distribution and surface properties of RSG and MSG were characterized by SEM, N 2
adsorption-desorption, FTIR, XPS and zero point of charge techniques. The absorption process of MB by
MSG could be well described by Langmuir equation and pseudo-second-order kinetic equation, and
chemical adsorption was the main adsorption mode.
