                      蓖麻油改性两性聚氨酯复鞣剂的制备及应用

                 摘要:以异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚四氢呋喃二醚醇为原料、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸为阴离子扩链剂、N-甲基二乙醇胺
                 为阳离子扩链剂,制备了两性聚氨酯乳液,接着使用蓖麻油改性两性聚氨酯得到产物(COWPU)。通过 FTIR
                 对其进行了表征,采用纳米粒度及 zeta 电位仪对 COWPU 乳液的粒径及等电点进行了测试,采用 TG 对 COWPU
                 膜进行了热性能测试。随后将其用于有机无铬鞣剂 TWS 鞣制绵羊皮服装白湿革的复鞣工序。结果表明,COWPU
                 已成功制备,具有显著的两性特征(等电点为 6.29)和良好的生物降解性〔5 日生化需氧量(BOD 5 )与化学需氧
                 量(COD)的比值为 0.37〕,经 COWPU 复鞣后的坯革的撕裂强度为 43.15 N/mm,抗张强度为 9.99 MPa,均优于
                 市售两性丙烯酸复鞣剂复鞣后的坯革。此外,COWPU 还对坯革有一定的柔顺作用,有望实现复鞣-加脂一体工艺。

                 Abstract: Amphoteric polyurethane  emulsion was prepared by using  isophorone diisocyanate  and
                 polytetrahydrofuran diether alcohol as raw materials,  2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid as anionic chain
                 extender and  N-methyldiethanolamine as cationic chain  extender. Then, the  product (COWPU) was
                 obtained by modifying amphoteric polyurethane with castor oil. The particle size and isoelectric point of
                 COWPU emulsion were measured by nano particle size and Zeta potentiometer. The thermal properties of
                 COWPU film were tested by TG. Then, COWPU used in retanning process of white wet sheepskin garment
                 leather with organic chrome-free tanning agent TWS. The results showed that COWPU was successfully
                 prepared and had significant amphiprotic characteristics (isoelectric point of 6.29) and  good
                 biodegradability [5-day biochemical oxygen demand (BOD 5)/chemical oxygen demand (COD) = 0.37]. The
                 tear strength (43.15 N/mm) and tensile strength (9.99 MPa) of the leather retanned by COWPU were better
                 than those of the leather retanned by commercially available amphoteric acrylic retanning agent. In addition,
                 COWPU possessed a certain softening effect on leather, which had the potential to realize an integrated
                 process of fatliquoring and retanning.
