                  羟基硅油改性丙烯酸树脂水分散体的制备与性能

                 摘要:以羟基硅油(PDMS-OH)、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟丙酯(HPMA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)合成了含硅丙
                 烯酸酯预聚体(PDMS-g-HPMA),PDMS-g-HPMA 与丙烯酸酯单体在丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯(PMA)中,以偶氮二
                 异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,合成了含硅改性丙烯酸树脂。用 N,N-二甲基乙醇胺中和含硅改性丙烯酸树脂,加水
                 乳化后制备了含硅改性丙烯酸树脂水分散体。采用 FTIR、XPS、TGA、AFM、SEM 等对水分散体和漆膜进行
                 结构表征,测试了水分散体粒径、储存稳定性和漆膜综合性能。当 PDMS-g-HPMA 含量为聚合单体总质量的 4%
                 时,树脂水分散体的粒径为 208.57 nm,且分布均匀,储存稳定性好;漆膜表面致密、透明,硬度为 H,附着力
                 1 级,对水接触角达到 100.5°,有良好的耐水耐酸性;漆膜的拉伸强度达到 15.6 MPa,断裂伸长率为 356%;漆
                 膜失重率 10%时的热分解温度可达到 302.4  ℃。漆膜的力学性能和热稳定性能均有所提升。

                 Preparation and properties of hydroxyl-terminated polydimethysiloxane
                                   modified acrylic resin aqueous dispersions

                 Abstract: Silicone-containing acrylate pre-polymer (PDMS-g-HPMA) was prepared from hydroxyl-terminated
                 polydimethysiloxane  (PDMS-OH), 2-hydroxypropyl  methacrylate (HPMA), 3-isocyanatomethyl-3,5,5-
                 trimerhylcyclohexy isocyanate (IPDI). Then, a series  of  silicone-containing modified acrylic  resins with
                 different content of PDMS-g-HPMA were prepared with 2-acetoxy-1-methoxypropane (PMA) as solvent
                 and 2,2-azobis  (2-methylpropionitrile) (AIBN) as  initiator. Subsequently, the silica-containing modified
                 acrylic resins were neutralized with N,N-dimethylethanolamine and emulsified with water to prepare the
                 aqueous dispersions of silica-containing  modified acrylic resins. The dispersions  and coatings  were
                 characterized by FTIR, XPS, TGA, AFM and SEM. The particle size and storage stability of the dispersions
                 and comprehensive properties of the coatings were tested. The results showed that when PDMS-g-HPMA
                 content was 4% (based on the total mass of silicone-containing modified acrylic resin, the same below), the
                 prepared dispersion had even distribution with particle size of 208.57 nm and good storage stability. The
                 prepared coating had dense and transparent surface and exhibited good properties. The hardness was H,
                 adhesion was grade 1  and water contact angle  was 100.5°.  Moreover,  it  had excellent water  and  acid
                 resistance. And the tensile strength of the coating was 15.6 MPa and elongation at break reached 356%. The
                 temperature at which the mass loss is 10% of the coating reached 302.4  ℃. The mechanical properties and
                 thermal stability of the coating had been improved.
