                                      水性聚氨酯的制备与性能

                 摘要:以聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为
                 主要原料,单宁酸(TA)剥离纳米二硫化钼水溶液(TA-MoS 2 水溶液,质量浓度为 2 g/L)为改性剂制备了 TA-MoS 2
                 改性的水性聚氨酯(TMPU)系列乳液,再将 TMPU 胶膜浸泡在含量为 2%(以水的质量为基准,下同)的聚六
                 亚甲基胍盐酸盐(PHMG)水溶液中,制备出 MoS 2 负载 PHMG 抗菌水性聚氨酯(P-TMPU)。DLS、SEM、
                 AFM 测试表明 TA 成功剥离 MoS 2 ,且 MoS 2 分散性良好。通过 FTIR、TG、SEM、接触角对 TMPU 系列乳液进
                 行了分析和表征。结果表明,添加 60 mL TA-MoS 2 水溶液改性后的胶膜失重 30%时的热分解温度(T 30% )和失
                 重 50%时的热分解温度(T 50% )分别为 324.9 和 354.9  ℃,水接触角为 91.1°,比未添加 TA-MoS 2 水溶液改性胶
                 膜的 T 30% 和 T 50% 分别提高了 6.4 和 11.4  ℃,水接触角提高 27.9°。P-TMPU 胶膜对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的
                 抗菌率均达到 99%以上。

                 Abstract: A series of tannic acid (TA)-MoS 2 modified waterborne polyurethane (TMPU) were prepared by
                 using polyadipate-1,4-butanediol ester diol (PBA), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), 2,2-dimethylpropionic
                 acid (DMPA) as main raw materials and TA stripped nano-molybdenum disulfide aqueous solution (TA-
                 MoS 2  aqueous solution, mass concentration 2 g/L) as modifier. Then, MoS 2  loaded poly(hexamethylenebiguanide)
                 hydrochloride (PHMG) antibacterial waterborne polyurethane (P-TMPU) films were prepared by immerging
                 TMPU films in 2% (based on the mass of water, the same below) PHMG aqueous solution. The results of
                 DLS, SEM and AFM showed that TA successfully stripped MoS 2 and MoS 2 had good dispersion. The series
                 of TMPU emulsions were analyzed and characterized by FTIR, TG, SEM, contact angle. The results showed
                 that the thermal decomposition temperature of 30% mass loss (T 30%) and that of 50% mass loss (T 50%) of the
                 film modified by adding 60 mL TA-MoS 2 aqueous solution were 324.9 and 354.9  ℃, respectively, and the
                 water contact angle was 91.1°, which were correspondingly higher 6.4  ℃, 11.4  ℃ and  27.9°.  Both
                 antibacterial rates of P-TMPU film against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were more than 99%.
