                       溶胶-凝胶法制备铯钨青铜粉体的影响因素

                 摘要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制得铯钨青铜(Cs x WO 3 ,0.20<x<0.30)粉体,系统考察了铯钨物质的量比、分散剂种
                 类和煅烧温度对铯钨青铜粉体晶相、形貌、晶粒平均粒径及光学性能的影响。利用 TGA、SEM、XRD、紫外-
                 可见-近红外分光光度计对所制铯钨青铜粉体进行了结构表征。结果表明:反应物铯钨物质的量比为 0.33、分散
                 剂为 PEG-600、煅烧温度为 600 ℃、煅烧时间为 2 h 时,可制得晶型完整,分散性和近红外屏蔽性能均较好的
                 Cs 0.30 WO 3 粉体,其中,Cs 0.3 WO 3 涂层的可见光透过率在 85%以上,近红外阻隔率在 70%左右。

                 Abstract: Cesium tungsten bronze (Cs x WO 3 , 0.20<x<0.30) powders were synthesized by sol-gel method. The effects
                 of molar ratio of Cs to  W, dispersant type and  calcination temperature on the  crystalline phase, micromorphology,
                 average size,  and optical performance of sample were systematically studied.  The prepared Cs x WO 3  powders  were
                 characterized by thermal gravimetric  analyzer (TGA), X-ray  diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope
                 (SEM), and UV/VIS/NIR spectrophotometer. The results showed that the obtained Cs 0.30 WO 3  powders exhibited higher
                 crystallinity, well dispersion, and near infrared shielding properties under the following preparation conditions: n(Cs)∶
                 n(W) = 0.33∶1, PEG-600 as dispersant, calcination at 600 ℃  for 2 h. The visible light transmittance of the Cs 0.30 WO 3
                 coating was more than 85%, and the near infrared shielding rate was about 70%.
